Key project initiatives include National and Sub-National Digital Transformation Strategy and Project development leading the Digital Transformation agenda for Nigeria and 5 other states in the country as well as a partner to the Nigeria Economic Summit Group as the E-Government Policy & Regulations expert facilitating the creation of Digital Economy policy and strategies to drive Technology development in the country.

Our relevant project experience includes the development of the Abridged Version of the Nigeria e-Government Masterplan, 2019 for the Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy where we reviewed 5-year data from the Original Masterplan and updated all research data and benchmarks delivery the present version of the Current Nigeria Digital Masterplan. We also worked on the Nigeria Digital Economy Strategy, a precursor to the Nigeria Digital Economy Policy & Strategy in 2020 for NITDA (Nigeria Information Technology Development Agency as a sub-contractor to develop a cohesive Digital Economy Strategy for Nigeria. e-Scape also led the development of the following sub-national digital transformation strategy;

Currently e-Scape Technologies Lead was the Government Sector Specialist for the Digital Access Program sponsored by the FCDO for Nigeria and this led to the development of the Digital Economy Community of Practice in 2023. We are also leading the development of the Second Phase of the Nigeria E-Government Masterplan which is a project sponsored by the South Korean Government to establish foundations for Digital Governance in Nigeria. The difference between e-Scape and other solution developers is that we capture the client’s actual business requirements and develop a solution that is a close-fit to those requirements while project-managing the full lifecycle of delivery from product/project conceptualization to deployment, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
